Welcome to Studio Sitta. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the Czech Republic and selected countries within the European Union. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@studiositta.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted local and international carriers. Estimated delivery times:

  • Czech Republic: 2–4 business days

  • EU countries: 5–10 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage or social media for updates.


5. Local Pickup

It is possible to pick up your order at our studio Londýnská 60, Prague 2, 120 00. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days after ordering, please contact us.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Studio Sitta is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

However, we’re happy to assist you in locating your order or submitting a claim. Please email us at info@studiositta.com.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@studiositta.com. We’ll try to update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
